Reebok Concierge
After doing some work on Reebok's Facebook fan page I realized there were numerous people writing on their wall seeking specific products. I thought to myself this is insane, these are people who have opted in to be a part of your brand and they are requesting products and no one is communicating back to them, either where to get the requested items or a thank you for showing interested in our products........nothing. So I wrote up the idea of Reebok Concierge, basically it is an incredibly simple way to connect Reebok with their audience in a unique and meaningful way. It went up the chain at Reebok and it sounded like they were really into it, time will tell. You can download the PDF here.
